We ship via SiCepat Ekspres & JNE ID .
If you choose SiCepat BEST (1-day delivery),
payment must be made before 14.00 WIB to ensure the package is delivered on time. And, if you place your order after 16.00 WIB, the item will be shipped the next day.
If you choose ROKET BY JNE (Sameday delivery),
To proceed your order on the same day, you must complete your payment before 14:00 WIB.
– Payment completed past 14:00 WIB will be processed the next day.
– Delivery time: 17:00-21.00 WIB
– Available from Monday-Friday (Except public holiday)
It’s important to make sure the email you input when ordering is correct.
We will send the receipt/tracking number the day (D+1) after the item is successfully shipped. If you’re not getting the number in your inbox, please check the spam/promotions email tab.
We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays.
If you place an order the day before our off day after 13.30 WIB, we will ship it on the next working day.
